Job Title: Administrative SupportJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support within a specific department. This role will involve a combination of in-office and remote work, assisting with various office needs and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities + Provide administrative support and assistance. + Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. + Utilize Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and other related applications. + Manage and organize calendars and scheduling. + Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records. + Assist with purchase orders and other administrative duties as required. + Support front desk operations and customer service needs. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Ability to type at least 40 words per minute. + Strong administrative and clerical skills. + Experience with data entry and calendar management. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and other related applications. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in administrative support or a related field. + Excellent customer service skills. + Experience with front desk operations. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment with two days in a quiet cubicle in the office and three days working remotely. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a suitable home office setup including a desktop or laptop computer (no iPad or Chromebook), Windows 10 or greater, 16 GB memory, 250 GB or greater storage, a web cam, speakers, and a printer/scanner.
