The Position

Position: Support for the Contract Execution Team
Type of contract: Contract of mandate for one year (Umowa zlecenie na 12 miesięcy)
Department: Finance and logistics department

Workplace: Roche Diagnostics Poland

Working hours: Approximately 35-40 hours a week

Main responsibilities:

Current support of the contract team,Processing agreements, amendments, work with workflow of documents.Working in systems: SAP, GDC, Smartsheet, Agiloft; updating databases and systems in the area of responsibility.
 

Who you are:

English at a communicative level (B2),Very good knowledge in MS Office - especially Excel and Word,Experience in SAP, Agiloft would be an assetAccuracy and patienceStrong analytical skills,Ability to work in a team.
