A Day in the LifeThis role is integral to our team's success! As an Administrative Support Assistant, you’ll gain valuable experience working alongside our Corporate team while handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include filing, organizing emails in our document system, conducting conflict checks, proofreading documents, compiling client-related documentation, scanning, and entering time into our database. Additionally, you’ll assist with travel arrangements, billing and bookkeeping, record management, and processing mail as needed. You’re adaptable, able to prioritize tasks as new needs arise, and always maintain a high level of professionalism. To excel in this role, prior office experience is essential. Proficiency in Excel, a strong grasp of technology, and impeccable proofreading skills are a must.
