Key Responsibilities· Payroll & Leave Administration: Manage payroll processing and leave tracking for employees.· Position Management & Hiring Coordination: Oversee recruitment processes, assist with hiring procedures, and ensure compliance with policies.· Administrative Support: Coordinating Employee Uniform process, assist in the yearly inventory processes· Financial & Procurement Support: · Serve as the primary delegate for entering departmental ProCard transactions.· Prepare and process cash/check transmittals.· Track commodity inventory and sales.· Assist in reconciliation.· Provide backup support for accounts payable, purchasing, and inventory functions.Qualifications & Skills· Experience in administrative support, HR functions, or financial processing preferred.· Strong organizational and attention to detail..· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn financial/HR management systems.· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits & Professional DevelopmentThis position offers excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The Research Farms provide a dynamic environment for teaching, research, and extension opportunities, serving faculty, staff, and students across the college.
