Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and/or squat. Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week. Job Summary The College of Health Sciences is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to join the Dean’s Office staff. This highly visible position will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for the unit. This position will be responsible for Dean’s Office operations by providing administrative support for professional staff, conference room scheduling, surplus, work orders, ordering supplies and other duties assigned that contribute to the day to day operations of the Dean’s Office. This position will also be responsible for bi-weekly payroll which will include running reports, corresponding with supervisors and employees and following set deadlines. In addition, this position will assist in the collection of documentation for faculty appointments, database management (faculty database, Digital Measures, Distribution of Effort and Faculty Success) and onboarding.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
