Key responsibilities include: Grand Rounds Coordination: Planning, scheduling, and managing logistics for events, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and maintaining accurate attendance records. New Provider Onboarding: Facilitating seamless integration of new hires into clinic operations and ensuring IT and system access are correctly set up. Scheduling Management: Resolving conflicts and maintaining updated schedules in relevant systems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Preparing reports on resource utilization and maintaining accurate records for compliance. Customer Service and Professional Development: Providing excellent customer service and fostering strong organizational relationships. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, EPIC, Adobe, and scheduling tools like Lightning Bolt.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively across teams.
