This role combines reception duties, administrative support, and data management to ensure the smooth operation of the cancer wellness center. Minimum Qualifications A high school diploma or GED and two years (FT) of related work experience OR, two years of post-secondary education and one year of (FT) related work experience OR, a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Excellent verbal/communication skills. Experience in writing, editing, and budget management. Ability to calculate basic math. Working knowledge and skills to utilize current office equipment and a variety of complex software packages. Demonstrated skills/knowledge of additional software may also be required. Essential Functions and percent of time: Reception & Patient Support 20% Staff the reception/welcome desk during designated hours Greet and assist patients, caregivers, students, and visitors Schedule patients for Cancer Wellness Resource Center programs and services Provide basic program information and handle incoming inquiries Coordinate with Premier Health’s patient navigation team
Administrative Support 60% Maintain the master program calendar Process program registration and attendance records Coordinate room schedules and facility usage Assist with the preparation of program materials Support faculty and student documentation needs Handle general correspondence and communications Order supplies and materials as needed and appropriate
Data Management 15% Maintain accurate patient records and program participation data Track program outcomes and compile basic statistical reports Enter and organize program evaluation data Assist with the preparation of regular program reports Maintain confidential files and records Other duties as assigned 5% Essential Functions and percent of time (cont'd): Non-Essential Functions and percent of time: Working Conditions Grant funded position with continuation dependent on funding.
