Administrative Support (General Clerk III) – Facilities and Infrastructure Location MD - Aberdeen Proving Grounds Job Code 12578 # of openings 1 Apply Now (https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg04/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=AKIMEKATECH&cws=43&rid=12578) The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for an Administrative Support (General Clerk III) – Facilities and Infrastructure to support our government customer located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: + Clerical work: Answering phones, filing, copying, tracking ordering supplies, sorting mail, and relaying messages. + Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting logistics, and making travel arrangements. + Compose, track, staff, disseminate, and log correspondence and other documents. + Maintain archives for organization files and folder – the archival for all life-cycle management. + Assist with timesheets, long-range calendars, and manages various digital repositories, Vendor and subcontractor management: Soliciting vendors and subcontractors for bids, supporting the hiring process. + Project management support: Preparing forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and workflow forms. + Reviewing and submitting IJOs, MPR, and other workflow process forms. + Shall identify safety concerns to Supervisor and other required stakeholders. (DOD, ARMY, OSHA, ANSI, other industry identified) + Shall assist in maintaining accurate files and provide documentation to Government Lead when requested. + Shall provide and assist with required monthly data to Supervisor for a monthly report/tracking matrix of all related matters. + Shall make sure that all administrative functions/paperwork is in order relative to receipt documentation, work orders, or internal paperwork are accomplished on time and in the required format. + Shall be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail. + Shall support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: + Must have High School Diploma/GED + Must have an (active) CLASS C Driver’s License or higher. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: + Minimum of (4) Years of Clerical experience. + Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Applications – specifically Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: + Primarily Stationary; The work environment occurs primarily in office settings.
