Administrative Support Manager
**What you'll bring to the team** The **Administrative Support Manager** provides high-level administrative support to the SVP, Managing Director of North America, as well as the broader North America regional leadership team while playing a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Orlando Hub office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, managing a wide range of responsibilities including calendar coordination, travel planning, event execution, communication support, expense reporting, and general office operations. This individual will act as a liaison between regional and global administrative teams, ensuring adherence to company policies related to travel, expenses, and administrative protocols.
