About the Role 

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities. You will act as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function.

Responsibilities 

Play a key role in providing support to Shadow Health customers as well as assisting with the flow of day-to-day activities including invoicing and reportingOptimize the customer experience for both internal and external customers by demonstrating knowledge of our products and services, workflows and policies related to the functional roleInteract regularly with customers and Sales to make informed and consistent decisionsPartner with customer-facing colleagues to respond quickly to customer issues and technical challengesResolve the customers’ service or billing complaints by authorizing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting billsReview, monitor and audit records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenObtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causesImplement efficient process improvements and workflows in collaboration with team members supporting their areas of responsibilityDemonstrate good judgement to resolve daily issues with the help of the teamLearn and be able to utilize various platforms and applications for research & invoicingAssist with student payment tracking, communication with faculty/students/Sales and other operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeWritten and Oral communication skillsAt least 2 years of customer service experienceMust be computer literate and possess basic / advanced knowledge of PC concepts and Internet functionality.
