Administrative Svcs Generalist I

The specialist role is a multi-skilled individual contributor who is an expert in learning agility and adapting to new or changing business needs.  He/she will experience multiple operations environments and RELX businesses based on changing requirements, and will be exposed to new products, business units, and industries.  Initial assignments are likely to be project-based or limited duration for several months, with opportunity for exposure across a broad range of learning.  Based on competencies developed during initial assignments, individual preferences, and business requirements, the Operations Specialist can build his/her career path on a dedicated team or business unit, or continue with rotational assignments across the scope of RELX businesses.

A good command of interpreting written English languageAbility to work well on own initiative and able to remain focused.Good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarize information quickly and accurately.Confidence in asking questions and seeking validation.Ability to provide customer support through email, chat or phone callsAbility to support any volume-based customer facing or back-office requirement as needed by the business

Job Qualifications:Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)Ability to work with deadlinesHas great attention to detailBachelor’s degree or equivalent in any fieldExcellent English oral and written communication skillsAt least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experienceFresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspectFlexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
