ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the PRODUCT SUPPORT DIVISION, DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will support multiple programs and combat system elements. You will provide leadership of the ILS or Logistics Element Management functions and programs planning, executing, preparing, reviewing, coordinating or evaluating logistical actions in support of new systems acquisition or sustainment programs. You will prepare milestones, test plans, procedures, system analysis and data of the systems and associated systems. You will lead technical reviews of processes and products to support program, system, and project deliverables. You will review schedules, milestones to assess workload and resource strategies and plans to identify and mitigate risks. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-4 (GS 11-12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating logistical support and requirements to develop or adjust plans in order to reduce life cycle cost and improve readiness for combat systems life cycle.
