Summary You will serve as a Senior Logistician within the Mine Countermeasures Product Support Branch (S41) at the NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the review of contractor and government prepared Integrated Product Support (IPS) products. You will ensure compliance with industry and DoD regulations, requirements, and best practices for both acquisition and sustainment programs across our command’s mission areas. You will demonstrate expert knowledge, skills, and abilities in the application of Integrated Product Support principles, concepts and methodologies to a variety of difficult and complex Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) projects. You will develop Integrated Product Support master schedules while implementing them into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for both acquisition and sustainment programs across our command’s mission areas. You will provide Integrated Product Support task leadership across twelve IPS elements for both acquisition and sustainment programs within our command’s mission areas in a matrixed workforce. You will demonstrate experience coaching, mentoring, and leading personnel to bring out their full potential and develop future leaders within the competency of Integrated Product Support. You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, formulating and executing budgets for assigned Integrated Product Support efforts. You will track budget execution in Navy ERP and other financial tools working with customers and project personnel assigned to both acquisition and sustainment programs across our command’s mission areas. You will lead, coordinate and collaborate with in-house and/or external teams while providing effective written and oral communication. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-04 (GS-11/12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector ensuring Integrated Logistics Support task are completed in accordance with applicable policies and practices for acquisition or in-service programs.
