Main ResponsibilitiesApplication Management
Installation, configuration
Administration of parameters, services, and dependencies.
Performance and availability monitoring.
Support and Operation
Handling incidents and problems related to applications.
First-level support, escalating to second level support team
Documentation of manuals, procedures, and runbooks.
Security and compliance
Enforcement of access policies and user roles.
Ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR).
Automation and optimization
Use of scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for repetitive tasks.
Integration with CI/CD tools for controlled deployments.
Process optimization and response time reduction.
Cross-functional collaboration
Working with infrastructure teams (systems, networks, DBAs).
Coordination with developers for releases and changes.
Communication with end users to resolve needs.
