About the Role
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department. As an HR Administrator, you will report to the HR Manager and contribute to the overall employee experience within Magna IT.
Your Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, providing timely and accurate assistance. Assist HR team with administrative tasks including time tracking sheets, purchase orders, offices supplies and data gathering. Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and employee appreciation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and employee engagement. Maintain the integrity of HR data and make recommendations for corrective actions within the HRIS system. Support with immigration topics. Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes, including reporting enhancement and knowledge transfer initiatives. Prepare and create various communication materials, such as presentations, training materials, and newsletters. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and smooth transitions for departing employees. Perform other HR-related duties as required. Who we are looking for Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Familiarity with HR Systems, such as SAP HR and Workday is an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving abilities Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Serbia is desirable. Your preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in a similar role in HR, with exposure to various HR functions.
