Responsibilities

Responsible for administration of surplus sales program covering aircraft tools and partsManages asset control, including receipt and transfer of inventoryAssesses on-hand inventory and market demand and makes recommendations for developing customer base and promoting salesCompiles and analyzes required data to support sales transactionsAssists in establishing and maintaining business processes and proceduresProvides customer support for inquiries, sales quotes and customer credit applicationsPrepares and processes sales quotes, invoices, export documents and related correspondencePrepares items for shipment and transacts in accordance with Federal, State and company regulationsMaintains sales files and performs audits as requiredCoordinates with internal departments as required to support various functions and complianceEnsures compliance with company and legal requirements Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum Age: 18High School Diploma or GEDCollege degree preferredMust possess intermediate PC skills, including Word and ExcelSolid understanding of warehouse procedures and ability to perform warehouse functionsPositive safety recordBasic knowledge of exporting and importing of parts to other countriesExperience with aircraft components preferredKnowledge of Hazmat 49 CFR and Dangerous Goods IATA and ability to successfully complete associated trainingAbility to perform duties in warehouse and office environmentsMust be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, with various levels of people, both internal and external to the CompanyMust be able to review and understand standard business documents, various correspondence and numeric dataIntermediate problem solving skills requiredStrong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written skillsAbility to responsibly and properly handle, process, and protect confidential informationPossess the legal right to work in the United StatesAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
