Job Opportunity: Admin Officer at Basingstoke Magistrates Court

Role: Administrator
Location: Basingstoke Law Courts, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AB
Contract: Temporary until 31/05/2025 (with potential for extension)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
Pay Rate: £11.59 p/h, after 12 working weeks £11.88 p/h

Your Role:
As an Admin Officer, you'll be an essential part of our administrative team, handling a variety of office duties. Your role will involve:

Bailiff Support: Manage bailiff telephone calls, assisting with inquiries and providing necessary information.Data Entry: Input returns accurately and maintain up-to-date records.Eviction Coordination: Book evictions and obtain risk assessments as required.Payment Processing: Handle payments over the phone and ensure accurate record-keeping.General Office Duties: Perform filing and create daily run sheets for bailiffs, supporting overall office efficiency.Training: Utilise various computer applications, with training provided to ensure you're equipped for the role.
