What You'll Be Doing: As an essential part of the admin team, you'll handle a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of the court. You will:

Collaborate and Communicate: Regularly interact with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.Drawing Orders: Assist in drafting and managing orders made by the judiciary, ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation.Correspondence Handling: Manage letters and emails with professionalism, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.Cloud Video Platform Work: Facilitate video hearings, assisting with the setup and coordination of virtual court proceedings.Liaison Duties: Serve as a key point of contact between the courtroom, judiciary, and the public, ensuring seamless coordination and support.Covering Usher Correspondence: Assist with correspondence tasks usually handled by court ushers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Ad Hoc Office Duties: Support various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the court.

What We're Looking For:

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally is essential.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Organised: You excel in managing multiple tasks, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.Admin Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but training will be provided to help you succeed.
