The role

Fugro is on the lookout for a dynamic Administrator to join their Metocean Systems project team in Wallingford. This role is not just any administrative position; it's a key support role that allows the team to focus on their technical and commercial projects. Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and engaging, including managing purchase orders and invoices as well as organising both on-site and off-site meetings. You will also be responsible for updating the CRM database and creating various documents and reports. If you're an experienced commercial administrator with strong IT skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine!

Who we’re looking for:

Previous administration experience is essential.Experience of working in a commercial environment preferred.Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard to include Maths and English.Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
