Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our expanding client based in Oldbury.
Duties include:Handle and process sales orders accurately and efficientlyProvide outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries via phone and emailAssist with a variety of admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operationsMonitor and chase outstanding invoices, supporting the finance team to maintain timely paymentsUtilise Sage for order processing and basic accounting functions
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in admin, customer service and sales order processingFamiliarity with Sage software is essentialStrong communication skills with a customer-centric attitudeHigh level of accuracy in processing orders and handling invoicesAbility to prioritise and handle tasks efficiently within deadlines
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am – 16:00pm
Pay Rate:
£11.75 per hour
