Description We are seeking an Administrator for our operations in the Real Estate & Property industry in Carmichael, California. This role involves managing daily staffing, paperwork, licensing, and charting in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The individual in this role will also address issues within the facility and provide on-call coverage as necessary. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Overseeing daily operations including paperwork and licensing procedures • Managing staffing requirements and ensuring optimal team productivity • Addressing and resolving issues within the facility in a timely manner • Providing on-call coverage to ensure seamless operations • Ensuring and maintaining regulatory compliance as mandated by licensing and regional centers • Maintaining regular communication with conservators and other outside agency representatives • Training and mentoring detail oriented staff to improve performance • Maintaining safety compliance to ensure a secure working environment • Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Computer Programs, EHR SYSTEM, Answering Inbound Calls, Billing Functions, Charts - Graphs, Claim Administration, Clinical Trial Operations to perform tasks effectively • Attending trainings as mandated by regional centers and implementing learned skills in daily tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant administrative role within the Real Estate & Property industry • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software • Familiarity with Allscripts program • Experience working with Cerner Technologies • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software • Experience with EHR SYSTEM is mandatory • Proven ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Experience in handling billing functions in a real estate setting • Comfortable with creating and interpreting charts and graphs • Knowledge in claim administration processes • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, preferably within a real estate context TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
