Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team at our Chesterfield site on a full time permanent basis!
As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing support and creation of accurate data with the ability to work to deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the site.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, days (Flexible Hours).
Salary: £23,785 per annum.
Job responsibilities of an Administrator include:
Dealing with all internal and external Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional mannerCustomer POD’s – To provide proof of customer deliveries, checking for discrepancies ad compiling reports to chase outstanding POD’s. Provide daily delivery status orders reports to both internal and external holders. Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.Data Input – to update and maintain customer databases ensuring accurate records and data are kept up to date.Manage DPD portal for parcel e-commerce orders, answering queries from the customer on deliveries.Managing inbound stock orders with the client and freight forwarder.Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.Assist with note taking duties - It may be necessary to take witness statements, you will be asked to support in the note taking process.Other duties as reasonably required.QualificationsPrevious experience of working in a high-level administrative role.The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.Outstanding Customer Service skills.Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).Attention to detail.Additional InformationAs part of our drive to make Great Bear a great place to work, we are proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation where we are committed to employee development and recognising success for hard working performers.
