Our Administrator team here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, proving administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals. Acting as our first point of contact our Admin team are the face of our service, speaking with our service users face to face and via the telephone, are non-judgemental, empathetic and want to make a real difference to people’s lives. 

 

Where: Accrington

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: £23,251.47- £24,466.99 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time hours)

Responsibilities

About the role: 

Be the first point of contact within the serviceProvide organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectivesEnsure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessaryComplete effective processing of correspondence/data entry as required.Minute take at partnership and clinical meetings as requiredCollate, monitor, and report data/information and statistics as requiredCarry out photocopying as requiredEnsure that all admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained

  

About you: 

Knowledge of general office proceduresIT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and other MS applicationsGood interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a teamThe ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessaryConfident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAble to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisalMinute taking experience would be an advantage
