About the role:
UGL are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a casual basis supporting a global gas client.
This role will see you play a critical role in roster management, travel booking and mobilisation to large Oil Gas facilities.
Commencing ASAP, you will be working 38 hours per week, point of hire is Perth, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
Roster Management:- Develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage
- Coordinate with team leaders to address any scheduling conflicts or changes.
Mobilisation Process:- Assist in the mobilisation of staff, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are completed promptly.
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth and efficient mobilisation.
Travel Booking:- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for staff and executives.
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies.
Data Entry:- Accurately input and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Inbox Management:- Efficiently manage and organize the inbox, responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and escalate urgent emails as necessary.
