Our client, a well-known organisation based in Eurocentral/Newhouse is seeking a Customer Service Administrator. This is a temporary position starting ASAP for 3 months initially, with potential to extend. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is an office based role with no home working offered.
Main purpose of the Role:
The Customer Service Administrator - Pricing Administrator is mainly responsible for maintaining pricelists and special pricing agreements within SAP Order Management for a defined sales area.
Duties include:Enter and update pricelist into the Company pricing software (SAP)Liaise with sales, finance and/or product managers to resolve any price maintenance issues in a timely manner to enable on time order entry and deliveries/invoicingReport pricing errors and reason codes regularlyMaintain customer master data and initiate new customer workflowsSupport other Customer Care roles if required/requestedSupport projects and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and productivityKey Skills and Requirements:Previous experience in an administrative, customer focussed roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsEmpathetic natureAbility to analyse issues, think critically, and devise effective solutionsExperience of dealing with customer complaints and inquiriesAble to keep a calm demeanour under pressureFamiliarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technologiesEffective multitasking and prioritization skillsAttention to DetailFlexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing customer needs and company policiesAbility to retain and recall detailed informationIf you hold the required skills and experience, please apply with your up-to date CV.
