SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Mammoet is looking for task-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Fort McMurray region. We are providing work in a fast-paced environment as a part of an administration team that is crucial to the organization’s success and growth. The individual will be working at the Fort McKay office. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Arrange accommodations and flights for the duration of the project Update and manage the training matrix for project employees Coordinate onboarding, drug and alcohol testing, and site-specific requirements Process site entry applications for employees Prepare and submit CDR reports to the client Verify work hours for billing purposes Review and input timesheets accurately Support the project manager in delivering all client requirements. Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clients Create and maintain the filing system WHAT YOU’LL NEED Education & Experience High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution Minimum one (3-5) year of office experience, previous site or industry experience is an asset Proficient with computer software applications Strong skills in Microsoft Excel is an asset SAP experience is an asset TRACK experience is an asset.
