Job objectives and responsibilities -
Coordinate the administration of SharePoint for the B&Q Account.
Oversee datasets through Dashboards, including new starters and leavers.
Manage communication channels, including email, Teams, and Viva Engage.
Administer the rhythm and routine of the Area Managers' visit cycle.
Handle diary management and planning for projects, including SOC and monthly meetings.
Serve as a single point of contact (POC) for officer support, including uniform, devices, and systems access.
Provide Administration support for Weekly Management Meetings
Daily Critical Success Factor communication (Daily Flash of key account metrics, for example Crime Reporting)
Main duties :
Maintain a list of officers and detectives associated with the B&Q Account.
o Monitor, long service, absence,
Order uniforms for new officers, process replacement uniform requests including notebooks, maintain a register of the uniform wardrobe per officer, and ensure a suitable level of stock with with each managers.
BWC (Body-Worn Cameras): Ensure that each deployed person has access to a working device and maintain an asset register for devices associated with each person.
Electronic Devices: Ensure that each person on the account has a working device with a Mitie email account and a working link to Synapse.
Manage WP+ records for each person, including ID badges, SIA licenses, notebooks, and NOK (Next of Kin) details, expression of will, etc
Take ownership of communication channels inside Mitie and B&Q using Viva Engage
Reward and Recogntion Managment
o Support award nominations for external bodies
o Coordiante Mite star & celebration hub awards
Oversee E-Learning and mandatory training completion for all officers
o Key focus on H&S and Data security
Oversee Merlin Dashboards – DOR, patrols, incidnts
Coordinate cycle of communication and colleagues updates to all field-based teams, including toolbox talks of the month, town hall calls, newslewtter, business updates, staff discount renewals.
o Monthly process linked to newsletter content
o Qtly Management Meetings
o PDP for Managers
o Teasm Talk Local
Manage workflow prompts for Managers to resolve identified issues, such as phone lists of officers to be contacted regarding device use.
Data Collection and summary from MS forms used on the Account with trend analysis
Project Work :
Plan SIA CCTV training for all officers
SOC set up and coordination of project plan
Recruitment & SC usage progress
Systems to be used (full training to be provided)
WP+ (mitie inhouse time & attendance system)

Person Specification: Essential & Desirable criteria
Excellent communication and presentation skills (E)
Planning and organisational skills using system tools (E)
Strong data analytical ability using Microsoft products, particularly Excel connecting with Power BI (D)
Proven ability in delivering oral and written presentations to senior leadership (E)
High standard of IT skills, including all MS systems: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (E)
Good standard of written skills (E)
Ability to work on own initiative and maintain a suitable home working environment (E)
Health and Safety responsibilities
