Responsibilities Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluationsImplements an effective budgeting and accounting system and assures accuracy for billing proceduresAssesses employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding of policies and procedures and assist employees to support policies and achieve necessary changesMaintains two-way communication with employees and fair administration of personnel policiesDocuments employee problems in personnel files and disciplines employees as necessaryMonitors budget hours and does not exceed allowance each yearMonitors equipment abuse and takes steps to keep it at a minimumDevelops, implements and evaluates financial policies, procedures, budget plans and cost controlEnsures staff development, including orientation, in service education and continuing educationOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care related programs
