Looking for a junior administrator to work closely with our project coordinator to ensure projects are completed on time. The role will also involve supporting the sales manager with quotes and other administrative duties. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role will also include involvement with accounts (training will be provided).
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all projects are completed within the set timescaleAnswer incoming calls and redirect as necessaryTrack all projectsUpdate projects from new ordersMaintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Set up new phones (mobile and VOIP)Generate quotes for the sales managerEnsure CRM is regularly updated with new informationProcess purchase invoicesWork on mobile phone bills (CDRs)Update sales invoicesAssist the Head of Commercial with ad hoc administrative tasksGeneral Responsibilities:
