Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Social Work or related field Or 5 years experience in long term care including a management/ supervisory/ leadership role Within 30 days of hire: Licensed as a long term care administrator for state that facility operates. 5 years of experience in long term care including a management/ supervisory/ leadership role
