Quality Control (QC) at QPS TLM is an important gate-keeper role for operational activities. QC carefully reviews and vets documents, tables and forms – both electronic and paper based – for transposition accuracy and completeness. They are highly valued team members in a dynamic operational setting.

 

QC staff work independently and are masters of detail but are nonetheless good communicators. They are able to interact easily with individuals from all levels of business and science. The successful candidate has work experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or technology sectors and likely possesses technical competence with biological or pharmaceutical analytical methods. Finally, previous QC experience is advantageous.

The Job

Quality Control (QC) of records ensures that work assignments are completed in a safe manner and according to SOPs and GLP regulations.  Identify inconsistencies in data tables and draft reports. Verify accuracy of study reports for data consistency within the report, text and tables and figures, and for data consistency between notebook and report.Review and verify accuracy of draft reports in terms of format and style (may be client specific), text content, tables and figures.Verify all study components expected in the study records are included to ensure a well-organized and disclosed study.Manage the QC record requests and ensure that assignments are completed to meet client timelines Verify laboratory logbooks for completeness prior to archiving.Manage and organize the laboratory logbook requests and archival information

This job will be 100% QPS-office/facility based

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree plus ≥ 5 years relevant industry experience or CRO experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project in particular
