Job Description:

Reports to MPhil DC Supervisor and works closely with team on product/process requests coming typically from production planners and supports the DMS function electronically worldwide.Supports global day-to-day DMS activities which include CN processing, data entry and item maintenance of part numbers and associated parameters in various databases, auditing, maintenance of logs, incorporating CN’s into specifications.Data Entry and data processing of various electronic and printed data.Reviewing Change Notices for correct data and authorizations.Process CNs by modifying, posting, revising, and updating existing systems.Complete proofing and verifying accuracy of data entry.Edit various documents received. Maintain revision control.Review and ensure daily processing with changing priorities and expedited requests.Maintain various administrative systems such share point.File documentation, electronically and hard copy.Ensure all written procedures and manuals used conform to corporate standards.Miscellaneous copying, filing, scanning, etc. associated with responsibilities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Skilled in computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power point).   Ability to work as an individual and or as a team member.   Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.   Strong attention to detail is essential.   Can accommodate flexible time and willingness to render overtime, when needed.   Adept at prioritization and multi-tasking.   Must speak and write English fluently.
