Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily activities related to master data creation, management, quality, and maintenance. To interact with peers, leadership and internal customers who require support from the master data management team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating with the global MDM team to establish and execute processes and tools that consistently define and manage the master data for Donaldson Company.MDM has the objective of providing processes for collecting, aggregating, matching, quality-assuring, persisting, and distributing such data throughout the organization to ensure consistency and control in the ongoing maintenance and application use of these information. Playing an important role in performance of assigned master data management and maintenance activities in a timely and accurate manner to provide optimal performance and delivery to internal and external customers.High quality data will facilitate better reporting and improved execution of business processes.The result of increased efficiency and improved reporting in the business is better decision making.Execution of daily operations of the supplier master data management and maintenance teamExecute and monitor supplier master data management and maintenance activities while complying with global master data policies and practices.Implantation of processes to audit & measure the efficiency as well as quality of the MDM maintenance process.
 

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Statistics, or related1 to 2 years of working experience.

Competence & Skills:

Proficient in presentation skills, business analytics, data entry, and problem-solving. Familiarity with SQL and Python would be advantageous.Facilitating the development, implementation, training, and ongoing improvements of a global setup/maintenance process in the assigned areasSupport the global MDM team to ensure the US region is following the global process and achieving data quality metrics.Support and execute data cleanup projects to improve data accuracy.Analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvements.Assisting with the implementation of the Global MDM strategy & processes to standardize / centralize master data management and maintenance activities.Achieve and maintain key performance indicators as agreed with senior management and global MDM leadership.Undertake all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic.Ensures all work is undertaken in a safe and professional manner.

Good communication in English (both written and spoken).
