About the Job

Under Teradyne’s Customer Service Center, the Installed Based Database Administrators maintains, manages and updates asset and customer master records into an in-house ERP system. The team works with internal customers – Field, Regional Operational Coordinators, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Parts Order worldwide.

This position requires someone who is self-motivated and detail-oriented. This is a temporary role for a contract of 1-year.

 

As an Install Base Database Admin (Temporary Contract), you will

Create installed base records for Teradyne's system and instrument shipments and warranty entitlements. Assist in the: Set up of standard warranty and warranty extensions of systems and instruments. Updating of installed base record for system and instruments transfers. Creation and activation of extended warranty transmittal. Work with the Business Process & Systems Team for record clean up to ensure accuracy of installed base record.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills, & Education Required:

 

Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Must possess strong reasoning skills and should be keen to details Must have a professional demeanor to communicate with internal groups. Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
