Adminstration/IC Recruiter

The Administration/IC Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting City Wide Facility Solutions by managing recruitment processes and providing essential administrative support across various operations. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding Independent Contractors for a range of facility maintenance services. The successful candidate will also assist in maintaining operational efficiency through administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while promoting a positive experience for all candidates.

What you will do...
+ Recruit and onboard independent contractors to fulfill staffing needs for City Wide's janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts.
+ Utilize various recruitment channels including online job postings, social media, direct outreach, and local events to attract potential candidates.
+ Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
+ Facilitate the onboarding process by collecting, verifying, and organizing all necessary documentation according to compliance standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of Independent Contractors in the CRM system.
+ Communicate effectively with the Operations team regarding new hires to ensure timely placement and support.
+ Perform regular audits of Independent Contractor files to ensure compliance with City Wide’s policies and requirements.
+ Assist in the creation and management of administrative tasks, including customer communication, document preparation, and inventory management.
+ Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance recruiting strategies and administration processes.
+ Provide general support to the Administration and Operations team as needed.
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or Business Management is a plus.
+ Proven experience in recruitment or administrative roles.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
+ Experience with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
+ Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
