About the Position
Ensures the stability, integrity, and security of FGA infrastructure systems. Leads a team responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of Windows based systems and their respective server components.
Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with DOT drug & alcohol program for First Student.Provides guidance to the field as it relates to federal regulatory requirement in connection to drug and alcohol.Provides guidance to the field as it relates to Company policy and standard operating procedures and provide assistance to all locations if any problems arise concerning the drug and alcohol program and compliance issues.Ensures all Managers and Corporate level employees are sent for testing when selected for random drug and alcohol tests; maintains testing log and follows up when necessary.Completes Employer Part 40 verifications requests and maintain file system.Provides monthly executive reports as it relates to testing rates, incorrectly marked tests, improper testing. Works with Region & Director level safety personnel to ensure compliance.Works closely with First Advantage to ensure full compliance with the testing requirements & holds frequent conferences to ensure compliance and handle any issues or concerns.Maintains and manages various files relating to drug and alcohol is in compliance with federal regulations, including but not limited to monthly test packages, results, chain of custody forms and obtain verified positive test results as well as termination profiles.Maintains and manages monthly logs, ensuring compliance with the testing procedures.Maintains/updates employee roster for random selection each month and breakdown by DOT & NON DOT.Liaises with Directors and Area Safety Managers concerning testing/compliance issues for their specific region and work directly with location managers.Assists in preparation of documents required for client audits and DOT audits.Ensures new locations are setup with a Lab, receive CCF’s, SAP information, and a Collection Site.Provides drug and alcohol training information and materials to all locationsMonitors each location for compliance with percentages along with proper reason of test being marked correctly on CCF’s.Maintains the strictest confidentiality in all aspects of drug and alcohol test administration throughout the selection and testing process.Schedules drug and alcohol screening appointments for TM locations, new hires and DER’s.


Qualifications:

Some college preferredSubstance Abuse Management and Program Compliance CertifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent3+ years related experience.Excellent understanding of the importance of complianceExcellent customer service skillsStrong audit skillsStrong technical skills including MS Office Products.Strong follow up and organizational skills
