In this role, you will:

Serve as a mentor, enhancing student experiences through high-quality supervision and management. Employ effective strategies to positively influence student behavior, holding them accountable while showing respect and courtesy. Engage in meaningful collaborations across departments to ensure comprehensive support and service delivery to students. Utilize your problem-solving skills to analyze challenges, evaluate solutions, and implement corrective actions ensuring student needs are always at the forefront. Be willing to accept direction and supervision, demonstrating flexibility in taking on diverse responsibilities as the need arises.
