Job Summary
As one of our successful Admissions Development Representatives, you will be offering world class customer service on all phone calls. This is a position for the high-energy, self-motivated, individual who is engaging and customer oriented. As a member of the Admissions Development Representative team you will be utilizing our database to contact both current and previous customers to set appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities:

As a member of the Admissions Development Representative team you will be utilizing our database to contact both current and previous customers to set appointments.Efficiently answer, initiate and handle inquiries from clients and support group members referred to AAC via methods including but not limited to: inbound calls, outbound calls, web inquiries, and online chat inquiriesIn the event AAC is not a possibility for a client, refer to the outside, non-AAC resources to orient individuals in the right direction toward recoveryAbility to work and achieve individual, team, and call center goalsAttend and participate in team meetings and ongoing training & development opportunitiesAdhere to American Addiction Centers admission guidelines, federal regulations, and company policies and procedures QualificationsEducation/Experience:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.Two years of experience working in call center environment, inbound and outbound sales calls.Excellent computer-based and telephonic skills.Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills.Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate. Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history.Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), preferred, but not required.Physical Requirements
