Job description Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a new Director of Admissions and Marketing Must have Nursing Home Admission/Marketing experience We are currently seeking a caring and dynamic individual who is looking for an opportunity to have a direct, positive impact on the lives of our patients on a daily basis, to join our team as the Marketing Director. The Admissions & Marketing Director oversees the execution of all admission and marketing activities for Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. This person will facilitate any tours of the facility to prospective admissions. This person will be the main communication link between local hospitals, Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and residents’ families. This person is responsible for the conceptualization and execution of all marketing programs, while contributing to the development and growth of the organization through multifaceted roles. The Admissions & Marketing Director will work closely with the management strategies as well as, develop and facilitate marketing communication plans, determines whether marketing objectives are being met, conduct consumer research, and plan advertising and promotional activities. It is expected that the Admissions & Marketing Director will possess excellent communication skills and experience working with Medicare and Medicaid and other government agencies. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: + Building and maintaining facility occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan + Marketing of sales techniques + Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly + Application of sales techniques + Working independently through the building’s relationships with outside referral sources + Managing the admissions process to ensure residents and family satisfaction + Maintaining a network of referral sources, providing information via marketing materials or presentations as needed + Developing, managing, and monitoring new marketing campaigns + Following all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes + Attending all staff meeting, training, and educational classes as required + Establishing department goals and ensuring all stated goals are met QUALIFICATIONS: + Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment + Compassion for desire to work with elderly + Must be an effective communicator and team builder + Must have a strong organizational skill Job Type: Full-time
