**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **Admissions Director** **Position Purpose:** The Admissions Director functions within the mission and strategic plan of Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Works cooperatively with the Dean of Enrollment and Student services to implement College recruitment strategic plan including recruitment/outreach, admissions decision-making, planning, interviewing, coordinating recruitment activities such as campus visit programs, working with external and internal constituencies and developing and maintaining accurate records. **Minimum Requirements:** + Education: Bachelor's Degree required., Master’s preferred. + License / Certification: Not applicable + Experience: Leadership experience in college recruitment and admissions, marketing, public relations and/or counseling. + Effective Communication Skills + Strong computer skills required with some database management. + Ability to work independently and as part of an office team. + Must be a self-starter and problem solver. + Ability to analyze data and make recommendations. + Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with good driving record maintained. + Requires use of a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance. + Ability to travel throughout state of Ohio. + Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
