**POSITION DETAILS**

Reporting to the Director of Graduate Admissions, the Admissions Engagement Manager supports recruitment, admissions, and yield efforts for the MBA, Masters, and Advanced Certificate programs in the Zicklin School of Business.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
· Support Zicklin Graduate Admissions recruitment efforts by reviewing and expanding the office’s outreach plan aimed at attracting and cultivating high-quality leads, applicants, and enrolled students.
· Manage, enhance, and expand admission collateral including recruitment-focused presentations, fact-sheets, email campaigns, and infographics.
· Continually assess and report on the effectiveness of current email and communication campaign efforts and make improvements accordingly.
· Oversee and build upon current drip campaigns to engage new populations (veterans, underrepresented minorities, women, international students, etc.) and enhance Zicklin’s profile in the market.
· Expand nurture campaign efforts to engage leads from paid admission recruitment events (Access MBA, MBA Tour, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Fairs)and from list purchases (Grad Select and Graduate Record Examination (GRE)).
· Recommend changes (content, architecture, linking, etc.) to admissions webpages to create a seamless user experience and improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) positions for target keywords.
· Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for targeted outreach efforts.
· Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor strategies to continuously improve recruitment methodologies.
· Assist with recruitment activities such as delivering presentations, conducting appointments, participating in on-and-off campus events.
· Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team on the execution of marketing initiatives.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's Degree and six years related experience required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master’s degree in communications/marketing or related field
+ Previous experience working in graduate student recruitment and admissions
+ Strong oral, written, visual communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
+ Experience with CRM systems such as Connect and Slate
+ Experience with MS Office Suite, HTML, WordPress, and Canva
+ Team player and able to collaborate and work in partnership with other campus constituent

- Develops and implements marketing strategies and recruitment initiatives
- Manages one or more teams of admissions/recruiting staff, providing supervision, training, and development
- Manages application review processes
- Maintains relationships with selected academic divisions/departments to coordinate recruiting efforts
- Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness of enrollment, recruitment, and marketing strategies
- Performs related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $67,784- $107,789; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
