Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of an assigned area of the Admissions department.
· Ensure all Admissions Team Members are in grooming compliance.
· Maintain positive interaction with all guests and fellow Team Members.
· Develop a break schedule that adheres to Labor Laws on the State, Federal, and park levels.
· Ensure all team members are properly trained.
· Conduct coaching/counseling sessions with Team Members.
· Serve as a Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all guest concerns brought to your attention without direct supervision.
· Monitor team member demeanor and performance; reward, motivate, and/or reprimand as needed
· Enforce all Six Flags policies and standards on a daily basis.
· Be an active member and role model for the Admissions department.
· Willfully perform duties in any area of the department at SFA when necessary.
· Perform all other duties as assigned by park leadership.
Reporting Structure
· Reports directly to Admissions Supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable enforcing policy.
· Must be comfortable with having counseling sessions with employees.
· Must possess a friendly, positive and professional attitude.
· Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time.
· Exhibit demonstrated leadership qualities.
· Must be at least 16 years of age.
· Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
· Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines and make effective decisions.
