**POSITION DETAILS**
The Associate Director for Operations and Processing reports to the Director of Admissions. This position manages the processing of applications and supporting documents, including data upload, verification, document scanning, letter generation, transfer credit evaluation, and document archiving. This position will provide technical expertise and support in maintaining and improving processes with the student information system and key ancillary support systems. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission and strategic goals of the institution by spearheading access-driven engagement initiatives, managing software systems and processes, and conducting data analysis to enhance recruitment and yield efforts. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of the national law admissions landscape, a passion for innovation in digital platforms, and a commitment to fostering inclusivity in higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
Inclusive Engagement and Best Practices:
Oversee a team to develop and implement best practices for inclusion-focused admissions strategies in alignment with national law admissions landscape. Innovate and expand outreach across digital platforms to broaden the reach of prospective students. Engage current students, alumni, and faculty to enhance recruitment efforts and increase yield rates.
Software and Process Management:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of admissions data while managing software systems efficiently ACES II, and Unite. Oversee implementation, operational maintenance, and data integrity of admissions systems, including the transition to and continued maintenance of Unite software. Collaborate with LSAC, IT and relevant departments to optimize data flow and API reliability.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development:
Stay updated on trends and benchmarks in law admissions to inform strategic decisions. Assess access-driven recruitment efforts and recommend improvements based on data insights. Forecasts and reports trends to support and increase student diversity and develop and maintain easily accessible database of prospects, applicants, admitted and enrolled students.
Recruitment and Marketing:
Manage recruitment travel schedules effectively, representing the institution at various events. Essentially involved in campus recruitment events, which include local and national travel. Prioritize marketing initiatives to attract qualified applicants and improve acceptance rates.
Matriculation Process and Orientation:
Manage program change and deferral requests in accordance with maintaining enrollment goals. Assist the director and assistant manager with New Student orientation planning to facilitate a positive onboarding experience.
Admissions Committee
Will serve as a member of the committee and provide support to the admission manager in the review and management of applications.
Position includes weekend and evening duties.This position is subject to the same in-person requirements as others in the Law School, which entail a minimum of 70% in-person on-campus presence over two weeks. This requirement for in-person work may be higher than 70% based on departmental and divisional needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in Admissions practices.
- Proficiency in Admissions software systems and data analysis tools including ACES2, Unite, and Peoplesoft.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends in Admissions and higher education.

$86,645 - $93,491, salary commensurate with education and experience.
