Admissions Sales Director (Creative & Design Programs) - 19164
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Sales Director (Creative & Design Sector) to join our Client’s high-performing team. The Admissions Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of admissions, recruitment, and financial aid, ensuring the entire admissions process—from inquiry through enrollment and retention—is executed effectively. This role will report directly to the Designated Admissions Head and contribute to meeting the school’s enrollment targets by promoting and selling educational programs, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations, and driving student success.
Admissions Sales Director responsibilities:
  Lead and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment and retention. Promote and sell school programs to prospective students, helping them understand the benefits of pursuing education at the institution. Ensure all admissions applications are complete, compliant with provincial regulatory requirements, and aligned with the institution's policies. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and enrollment targets to drive institutional growth. Provide guidance and support to prospective students, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the admissions process.
The successful candidate has: 
  Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions, with a strong performance record in meeting or exceeding targets. Experience and/or interest in creative and design related industries. Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. A strong ethical approach to sales and student recruitment.
Compensation and benefits:
  Up to $125,000 base salary (depending on experience) can be guaranteed in first 6 months before incremental shift towards commission-based structure.   Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
