Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform all Guest Relations Supervisor duties

· Help Maintain schedule of all Guest Relations team members including Phone Operators

· Oversee the Operation of the Guest Relations and Admissions area

· Motivate employees, provide job coaching and disciplinary action when necessary

· Professional Guest and employee interaction to assist with problems

· Approve and adjust as needed Team Members timesheets

· Interact with Guests/ Employees in a positive manner

· Maintain a clean work environment

· Efficient cash handling and register operation

· Resolve Guest issues through mail, phone, email, and in person

· Interact with all levels of management to resolve issues and fulfill inquires

· Perform other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor and manager

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum Age: 17

· Excellent verbal skills, ability to interact with guests in a positive manner

· Computer knowledge- including excel, word, power point, outlook, and internet. Knowledge of or ability to learn Six Flags applications.

· Cues to Guest service, Guest/employee safety and employee relations

· 1 year Admissions experience preferred

· General knowledge of all Admissions areas and ability to exercise good judgment

· Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

· Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude

· Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
