Pay Rate: $12.00/hr.
Responsibilities Include:
Communicate with guests before their visit to get a feel of what they are wanting from their experienceMeet and greet guests as they arriveEscort VIP guests throughout the park during the duration of the tourMeet and exceed the expectations of our VIP guestsAnticipate guest needsKnow what rides, shows, and food stands are closed for the dayProvide exit access to VIP guests during the tourSchedule reservations for restaurants and attractions if applicableProvide guest with meals and snacks of their choosingAccommodate requests of the guestOther duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age.Have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean driving record.Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.Be available to work flexible hours at nights, overnights, and on weekends.Must possess above-average communication skills.Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Safety conscious.Outgoing and friendly demeanor.Willing to actively engage guests.Excellent organizational skills and leadership capabilityExtensive knowledge of the park and all venuesCommitment to providing World Class Service to everyone who visits the parkStrong sense of initiativeMust have good customer service skills.Physical Requirements:
Continued sitting, standing, and bending; frequent kneeling.Eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech. Manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day; walk over 3 miles per day over various surfaces.Lift and carry 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces; lift and lower 5 lbs. above shoulder level.Must be able to climb a stepladder up to 6 feet in height.Six Flags is a Drug and Smoke-Free Equal Opportunity Employer
