Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Campaign Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Campaign 7 Classic solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Adobe Campaign server architecture, MTA servers, database integrations, reporting, and performance tuning. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance marketing automation solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Architecture Design: Design and implement robust Adobe Campaign 7 Classic server architectures to support large-scale marketing campaigns.
+ MTA Configuration: Configure and optimize Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) servers to ensure high deliverability and performance for email campaigns.
+ Database Integration: Integrate Adobe Campaign with external databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) to enable seamless data flow and segmentation.
+ Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune Adobe Campaign instances to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
+ Reporting & Analytics: Develop and customize reporting solutions within Adobe Campaign to provide actionable insights for marketing teams.
+ Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in campaign setup, workflow design, and system integrations.
+ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Adobe Campaign infrastructure, workflows, and integrations.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to align campaign solutions with business requirements.
+ Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for architecture designs, configurations, and processes.
+ Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
+ 7+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign 7 Classic, focusing on server architecture and administration.
+ Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale Adobe Campaign solutions.
Technical Expertise:
+ Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign 7 Classic server architecture, including on-premise and hybrid deployments.
+ Expertise in configuring and optimizing MTA servers for high-volume email delivery.
+ Strong proficiency in database integrations, including SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar systems.
+ Advanced skills in performance tuning and optimization of Adobe Campaign instances.
+ Experience with reporting tools and creating custom reports within Adobe Campaign.
Programming Knowledge:
+ Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for scripting and workflow customization.
+ Familiarity with APIs and web services (SOAP, REST) for integrations.
Soft Skills:
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred):
+ Adobe Campaign Classic Architect Master or Developer certification.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (e.g., Adobe Analytics, AEM, Target).
+ Knowledge of cloud-based Adobe Campaign deployments.
+ Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
+ Understanding of marketing automation trends and best practices.
