Project Delivery Management:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Adobe projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Offer Management
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to review and assess project proposals and ensure they align with the organization's capabilities and strategic objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competitive and compelling project offers, taking into account the scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements.Project Staffing
Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to identify and recruit top Adobe professionals, including administrators, developers, and consultants.Assess project resource requirements and allocate the right talent to projects based on their skills, expertise, and availability.Plan and coordinate training and upskilling initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Adobe team members.Collaborates with the Adobe Global leadership to validate learning and development objectives – Leverages our learning and development assets and curriculum to ensure that Adobe practice areas meet and exceed alliance certification targets.Implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet project demands.Adobe Expertise
Stay abreast of the latest Adobe developments, updates, and features, and apply that knowledge to enhance project outcomes and recommend innovative solutions.Provide thought leadership on Adobe best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive successful project deliveries.Leads the way driving global collaboration, connecting US based center of excellence Adobe leaders to subject matter experts across regions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
