Adobe Experience Manager

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for an expert Adobe Experience Manager to join our team based in York, Eastleigh, and London.
This is a great role for someone who has a passion for creating engaging and customer driven web experiences.
Prior knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Classic, Adobe Analytics, Touch UI, and Jira is desirable but not essential.
A bit about the job:
Responsible for the management, build and publishing of pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), playing a pivotal role in delivering the best possible web experiences for public websites; primarily on aviva.co.uk for a go to market (GTM) business area, but also when time allows to support the AEM team on the rest of the UK direct to customer product portfolio.
Understanding of digital best practices, user experience & design principles, and accessibility standards. Makes suggestions on content and product and provides guidance to business stakeholders. Provides training and support to other AEM authors/publishers. Responds to risk and emergency events, with the potential for occasional out of hours support. Strong team-working attributes, working in a small multi-location team; self-sufficient, inputting value-added opinion to team discussions; providing quality assurance, delivery to timelines, and collaborating with various creative disciplines and various stakeholders across the market.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Relevant experience in web production using advanced CMS systems such as AEM. Experience in website information architecture, with an appreciation of website structure management and search engine optimisation (SEO), preferable but not essential. A strong collaborator, working with business units, technical developers, content, SEO, user experience and visual design creatives to ensure you can comprehensively answer and fully deliver requirements. Stakeholder management skills, to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations; always upholding best-practice; ensuring the customer is put at the heart of every decision that’s made. Resourceful, self-organised and motivated individual, with great attention to detail, who can work independently and as part of a multi-site team.What you’ll get for this role:
