Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the AEM platformLead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectivesManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of an AEM implementationDevelop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Adobe platform, including AEM/CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAMManage technical scopes and client expectationsProvide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developersDesign and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is deliveredDemonstrate technical thought leadershipConduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being usedBe a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners on sales cycles and marketing eventsProvide detailed estimates and participate in sales solutioning and proposal creationCoach and mentor junior developers and configurators; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of developers on AEM projectsInterview potential AEM team candidates as needed and as time permitsCollaborate with NTT team members and clients, promote a fun and supportive work environmentDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent experience5+ years experience as a Solutions Architect working with Adobe Experience Manager/CQProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systemsDeep understanding of AEM versions and product historyMinimum of 5 years of AEM/CQ platform experienceMinimum of 5 years of Java experienceUnderstanding of object-oriented design principlesStrong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycleHands-on experience working in agile software delivery methodologies such as ScrumExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skillsHands-on experience with related Adobe products such as Analytics, Campaign, Target, Audience Manager, etc.Minimum Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Computer Science Engineering, or equivilent experience
Minimum Experience: 5+ experience as a Solutions Architect working with Adobe Experience Manager/CQ.
